Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is all about you. It’s a one-on-one space where we focus on what’s going on in your life, how you’re feeling, and what you need to heal and grow. Therapy gives you a dedicated time and place to talk things out and figure out solutions that actually work for you. Think of it as self-care with some guidance where you set the pace and I help you navigate the journey.

Group Therapy

Group therapy is when individuals come together to explore their emotions, gain insight, and support one another. It’s a space for collective healing where members share coping skills, build resilience, all while benefiting from the power of community in a safe environment.

Initial session( 60/80 min): $
Individual session(60 min): $
Group session(time and price vary)
Completion of forms: $/hour (charged in 15 min increments)
** I reserve a small number of slots in my practice to offer a reduced cost. Please contact me for consideration prior to your appointment.

PAYMENT

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major credit cards, Flexible Savings Account, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.

INSURANCE

I am in network with multiple public and private insurance plans (varies by state).

It is highly recommended that potential clients consult with their insurance company with any questions about their coverage to avoid unexpected costs. Clients are responsible for cost incurred from services rendered, whether their insurance will cover them or not.

cancellation policy

I understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, to manage my schedule effectively and accommodate my all clients fairly, I kindly request that you notify me via email if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Please be aware that cancellation made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session will incur a cancellation fee of $100. The cancellation fee must be paid before rescheduling.
